The following communities within the Diocese of Texas are hosting watching parties in celebration and thanksgiving for the installation of Bishop Sean Rowe as the 27th Presiding Bishop of the Episcopal Church.
- Good Shepherd, Tomball: Watch party event will begin at 10:00 a.m., with pre-event festivities starting at 9:00 a.m. The party will be hosted in Bollinger Hall on the campus of the church and is made available to all within the Good Shepherd’s regional convocation.
- Seminary of the Southwest (SSW): Planning is underway for an Austin watch party and all Austin-area congregations are invited to partner with SSW.
- St. James’, Houston: Watch party to begin at 10:00 a.m. in the church sanctuary, followed by a small reception.
- St. Catherine’s of Sienna: Watch party will be held during the installation of Bishop Rowe at the church.
- St James’, La Grange: Watch party will be held during the installation of Bishop Rowe at the church.
