Music That Makes Community Weekend Residency

Music that Makes Community is excited to be in Waco, Texas for a
weekend residency at Holy Spirit Episcopal Church April 4-6, 2025.
Facilitating the weekend of events are MMC Executive Director Conie
Borchardt and Monica Onyedika.
Join us for one or all three of these events!
- A Community SING on Friday at 5:00 p.m. in Pentecost Park! All
voices welcome! - A Community Singing workshop on Saturday, April 5, from
9:30 a.m.- 4:00 p.m. introduces the leadership practices and
repertoire of Music that Makes Community. Participants will engage how
singing can support the creation of spaces of trust, listening, and
communication and be introduced to the basic skills for leading communal
song. - At worship on Sunday morning, April 6, Monica and Conie will
offer musical leadership at 10:30 a.m. and lead an engaging time
of refection on our shared experience at noon.
